Most of you know that I'm a Social Worker at a Long-term Care Facility (Nursing Home) and I deal with the heart-breaking effects that Alzheimer's/Dementia has on those affected- the person themselves and their loved ones. We have a team through my work to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association. Please take a moment to take a look and if you are able to give, please do so and add a personal message.
