Most of you know that I'm a Social Worker at a Long-term Care Facility (Nursing Home) and I deal with the heart-breaking effects that Alzheimer's/Dementia has on those affected- the person themselves and their loved ones. We have a team through my work to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association. Please take a moment to take a look and if you are able to give, please do so and add a personal message. Ry-Hawk

A little catch-up...we spent the weekend in Algoma a few weeks ago- and Sam caught his first salmon! The prima-donna dog is Cosmo, the grandparents Aho's standard poodle.

And Ryan's hair is getting really long (momma doesn't have the heart to cut it yet though) so we molded it into the Ry-hawk (reminiscent of the Ro-hawk, not to be confused with the Tom-a-hawk...)
